About the role
Savvy is seeking a Director, Revenue Strategy and Operations to own the full revenue operations mandate and define the future of GTM execution. In this role, you will own the strategic planning layer across Marketing, Sales, and Post Sales, orchestrating how revenue targets are set, measured, and achieved. You will serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership, translating complex data into clear decisions and ensuring those decisions are executed with precision. You will govern the end-to-end GTM tech stack, ensuring data integrity and a single source of truth across all systems. Additionally, you will partner with AI and engineering teams to build proprietary tools that increase sales motion throughput and effectiveness. You will define and enforce the rules of engagement, pipeline stage governance, and territory design to allow the revenue organization to scale efficiently. This leader will also own post-sales operations, including onboarding handoffs, NRR tracking, and expansion pipeline management. You will manage and develop a team of RevOps specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and strategic impact.

What you'll do
- Own the GTM strategy and planning layer across all revenue-facing teams, including revenue forecasting, capacity planning, quota setting, campaign performance attribution, and the Weekly Business Review narrative that connects it all for leadership.
- Serve as the strategic link between Marketing and Sales by defining lead routing rules, SQO-to-close conversion standards, channel CAC reporting, and the feedback loops that ensure GTM investment translates to pipeline quality.
- Govern the full GTM tech stack across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and analytics, including the HubSpot-Salesforce integration, data hygiene standards, and the architecture decisions that keep the entire company working from a single source of truth.
- Partner with the AI and engineering teams to build proprietary internal tooling that increases throughput across the sales motions and enhances rep productivity.
- Define and enforce the rules of the game, including pipeline stage governance, territory design, rules of engagement between Sales and Marketing, and the process frameworks that let the revenue organization scale without breaking.
- Own post-sales operations, encompassing onboarding handoffs, NRR and expansion pipeline tracking, tooling, and workflow automations to ensure smooth client transitions and retention.
- Manage and develop a team of 3 RevOps specialists across marketing ops, sales ops, and post-sales operations, providing mentorship, clear objectives, and performance insights.
- Translate complex revenue data into actionable insights for the executive team, influencing strategic decisions with clear narratives and forward-looking recommendations.
- Establish measurement frameworks for campaign performance and sales productivity, ensuring that efforts are aligned with channel CAC targets and overall growth objectives.
- Drive the optimization of the lead-to-cash workflow, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements that accelerate conversion and improve predictability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM strategy, or sales operations at a high-growth tech company.
- 2+ years managing direct reports and building scalable processes for a growing team.
- Demonstrated ability to own the strategic narrative by presenting revenue forecasts, pipeline analyses, and GTM recommendations to executive audiences.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and strong familiarity with the modern GTM tech stack, including HubSpot, BI tools, and enrichment platforms.
- Strong financial acumen, including comfort with comp plan mechanics, deal economics, and quota modeling without requiring hand-holding from Finance.
- A proven track record of building credibility and influence with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Experience viewing the revenue motion from the rep's perspective, in addition to the ops perspective, to ensure practical process design.
- Hands-on experience with post-sales operations, including onboarding, renewals, and the management of expansion pipelines.
