About the role
Savvy is a Series B wealth management firm using AI to modernize the financial advisor experience. We are looking for a technical operator to manage and scale our sales infrastructure as we grow our team. The Senior Revenue Operations Manager will own the integrity of our revenue systems and the orchestration of go-to-market processes across the sales lifecycle. This role is responsible for aligning CRM strategy with commercial objectives to ensure that data quality supports accurate forecasting and reliable decision-making. You will serve as the central point of ownership for sales operations tools, workflows, and governance on the path to scale. The position requires a partnership mindset with revenue leadership to translate strategic goals into executable playbooks in the CRM. You will drive standardization across stages, rules, and routing so that the commercial engine operates predictably as the organization grows. Success in this role will be measured by the reliability of pipeline, the accuracy of reporting, and the efficiency of go-to-market execution.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end pipeline governance and CRM data hygiene, including setting stage criteria and enforcing 95% data accuracy across all records.
- Establish and maintain rules of engagement for lead routing, ownership, and nurturing to ensure timely and consistent follow-up.
- Evaluate and implement AI-native GTM tools and workflows that enhance productivity and improve sales team effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain the sales analytics layer, including ARR dashboards, win rate analysis, and QBR data preparation for executive review.
- Oversee SDR lead scoring, list management, and capacity modeling in coordination with marketing operations to optimize pipeline generation.
- Support sales management through call coaching systems and rubric maintenance to elevate conversation quality and sales execution.
- Lead territory design and account carving as the AE team expands from 10 to 30+ members, balancing workload and market coverage.
- Collaborate with Finance on sales compensation tracking and attainment to ensure incentive plans align with commercial targets.
- Administer Salesforce, including flows, validation rules, field architecture, and integrations with HubSpot, BigQuery, PandaDoc, and Zapier.
- Define and operationalize data standards for records, naming conventions, and field usage to support scalable reporting.
- Partner with leadership to design key performance indicators that reflect commercial progress and operational health.
- Drive adoption of new tools and processes through training, documentation, and change management initiatives.
- Monitor pipeline health through routine reviews, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions to stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation for processes and configurations to ensure continuity and enable cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations within a high-growth technology company.
- Proven ability to partner with sales leadership and AEs to drive process adoption across the organization.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration expertise, specifically with flows and complex architecture to support business logic.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain data integrity and build actionable dashboards that inform decision-making.
- Experience managing territory design and implementing data standards that support scalable go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to communicate complex operational data to executive and sales stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated comfort working with configuration, automation, and integrations within a CRM ecosystem.
- Commitment to accuracy, ownership, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve frequently.
