About the role
This position focuses on presenting the value of Samsara's implementation and integration services to clients. You will work with executive-level contacts to understand their business needs and define the scope, approach, and timeline for service engagements during the sales process.

What you'll do
- Present and sell the benefits of Samsara Services to potential and existing enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Sales Engineers to incorporate service solutions into overall proposals.
- Take ownership of service pursuits, aiming to meet specific revenue targets.
- Forecast service needs and monitor the pipeline to anticipate capacity requirements.
- Plan and manage service scoping with prospective customers, creating proposals, effort estimates, and resource plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers regarding product deployment and managing change.
- Serve as a key contact during implementation to maintain executive relationships and assist with critical issues.
- Contribute to the development of Samsara Services methodologies, processes, and offerings.
- Uphold and promote Samsara's core cultural principles.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in presenting professional services or technology solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, Customer Success Managers, and other partners during implementations.
- Excellent presentation abilities, capable of showcasing the value and differentiators of complex service solutions.
- A proactive and innovative mindset for developing service templates, engagement processes, and presentations.
- Experience in managing the Statement of Work (SOW) and proposal process, including scoping, creation, and delivery.
- Ability to share relevant customer success stories and metrics that demonstrate value.
- A four-year Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce (SFDC) and navigating the platform.
Nice to have
- Experience with Samsara's Connected Operations Cloud products, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring.

Practical notes
- The annual base salary range for this position is $101,420 to $153,409 USD.
- This role is open to candidates residing in the US, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
