You will coordinate with Sales Engineering to design and deliver technical deep dives that address specific customer use cases. You will synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative data to influence product enhancements and future roadmap decisions. You will mentor internal stakeholders on customer context to ensure alignment across Sales, Support, and Success initiatives. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key operational leaders across the customer organization. You will represent customer voice in internal discussions to drive better experiences and solution fit. You will utilize Samsara's analytics platform to build compelling narratives around uptime, utilization, and compliance. You will escalate complex implementation or operational issues while tracking resolution progress to closure.
