About the role
You will design, build, and operate production AI systems, including agent orchestration, tool and API integrations, retrieval pipelines, and the evaluation harnesses that keep them reliable and trustworthy. You will architect and maintain marketing databases, datasets, pipelines, and Samsara's Customer Data Platform (CDP) to enable advanced segmentation, targeting, automation, and analytics. You will translate ambiguous business problems from Marketing and Sales into data products, AI agents, and automation while ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the underlying infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with BI and Data Science teams to deliver insights, dashboards, and experimental frameworks that drive revenue performance. You will implement data quality controls, monitoring, and documentation so that systems remain robust and actionable over time. You will own problems end to end, moving fast and thinking on your feet in a hyper-growth environment.

What you'll do

Requirements
- You must be eligible to work in Canada.
- You reside in Canada.
- You have experience designing, building, and operating production AI systems and data infrastructure.
- You have strong skills in architecting marketing databases, datasets, pipelines, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
- You have experience delivering data products, AI agents, and automation to solve business problems.
- You have a proven ability to collaborate with BI and Data Science teams to deliver insights and analytics.
- You have demonstrated ownership of problems end to end in a fast-moving, hyper-growth environment.
- You have the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into technical solutions and data products.
