What you'll do
- Produce and edit high-quality video content to meet business objectives across all departments.
- Define and execute video strategy to address ambiguous, high-impact problems across the organization.
- Lead major video initiatives, ensuring alignment and consensus among marketing, sales, product, and operations teams.
- Investigate production issues to identify root causes and establish long-term roadmaps for process improvement.
- Maintain detailed equipment inventory and manage procurement workflows based on budget and resource needs.
- Hire and oversee freelance production support to ensure timely delivery of diverse project needs.
- Collaborate with the Motion Design team to maintain visual brand consistency across all video deliverables.
- Model and promote company cultural principles throughout the production process to ensure authentic storytelling.
- Partner with data teams to visualize complex IoT information in an accessible and engaging format.
- Develop a content pipeline that supports the customer journey from awareness to adoption.
- Conduct storyboarding and pre-production planning to mitigate risks before shoot days.
- Optimize video assets for multiple channels while preserving a cohesive brand narrative.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in video strategy and production within a corporate or agency environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in current video technologies and AI-driven production tools that enhance efficiency.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional video projects from initial concept through final delivery.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support business units and attend key industry events.
- Legal right to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for this position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate vision to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets and forecasting resource needs for production expenditures.
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence as core tenets of the production workflow.
