About the role
The will own end-to-end execution of critical operational projects across enterprise sales. In this capacity, you will coordinate with multiple teams to set project objectives and manage smaller scope work with light guidance. You will lead complex cross-functional workstreams from inception to completion, defining milestones and monitoring progress to ensure forward momentum. This role requires you to guard sales process integrity while recommending policy upgrades that help teams deliver high-quality output on schedule. You will partner with leaders to refine key performance indicators, ensuring initiatives directly support safety, efficiency, and sustainability goals. Additionally, you will design and test solutions inside Salesforce and Zendesk to address intricate project-level challenges in collaboration with sales teams. Finally, you will align daily workstreams with corporate objectives and coordinate with stakeholders to keep priorities on track.

- Review vendor and partner requirements and coordinate handoffs that maintain momentum from intake through validation.
- Ship enablement materials and operational updates to accelerate adoption across field teams and partners.
Requirements
You must bring three to five years of experience in sales operations or similar roles, demonstrating a proven track record in fast-paced environments. You must thrive in settings where priorities shift quickly and you can handle complex projects involving many departments and tools. Clear communication with enterprise stakeholders at all levels is essential, as you will navigate multiple perspectives and expectations. You must utilize structured thinking and strong analytical skills to solve problems and make decisions based on data. A commitment to process integrity and continuous improvement will be central to your success in this role. You must be authorized to work in the United States, as employment authorization is required for this position. The ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while maintaining high standards is a core part of what you will bring to the team.

Experience supporting enterprise sales motions and go-to-market initiatives is helpful for this role.
Practical notes
This is a remote role based in the United States. The position is full time. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, nine in the morning to five in the afternoon. Travel is not required. Samsara only considers candidates who are authorized to work in the United States. Employment authorization is required.
