About the role
You will architect and own the complete performance marketing engine for a flagship direct-to-consumer subscription product, transforming raw market data into scalable growth systems. This position requires you to design and implement a diversified traffic strategy that reduces reliance on any single platform while maintaining strict profitability targets. You will establish the operational rhythm and strategic framework that aligns user acquisition with long-term product value and retention. Success in this role means moving beyond campaign-level wins to build a repeatable, resilient, and profitable growth infrastructure. You will serve as the critical link between product intuition, creative execution, and data science to inform high-stakes decisions. The position demands comfort with ambiguity and the ability to lead through structured experimentation and rigorous analysis. Ultimately, you will be accountable for building a predictable revenue pipeline that compounds over time.

What you'll do
Define and own the end-to-end user acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and enforce standardized SOPs, testing frameworks, and reporting dashboards to ensure consistent execution and knowledge retention.
Establish clear OKRs and KPIs that align team objectives with company-wide growth and profitability targets.
Manage and mentor a high-performance team of UA Managers, focusing on hiring, development, and daily oversight.
Cultivate a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous learning within the user acquisition function.
Own the complete budget management cycle, optimizing spend allocation to achieve target CAC and positive ROAS.
Analyze LTV, retention curves, onboarding conversion, and ARPU to inform channel strategy and bid adjustments.
Partner with analytics and data teams to build advanced attribution models and incrementality tests that de-risk investment decisions.
Define and execute a rigorous testing roadmap covering creative variations, audience expansion, geo-testing, and channel scaling initiatives.
Collaborate with the Managing Director to ensure UA strategy is tightly integrated with overarching product and business objectives.
Work directly with creative leadership to translate data insights into compelling ad content and production briefs.
Negotiate and manage vendor relationships with key advertising platforms and measurement tools to secure optimal terms and insights.
Identify and lead high-impact opportunities in new geographies and channels while maintaining strict profitability standards.
Implement robust reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into performance, risks, and emerging opportunities.
Drive a culture of operational excellence where problems are diagnosed systematically and resolved with durable solutions.
Requirements
You must possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in performance marketing, with a concentrated focus on direct-to-consumer subscription models operating in web-to-web or web-to-app environments.
Your career must demonstrate a proven ability to manage paid acquisition at scale across a portfolio of platforms including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
You have a documented history of managing substantial monthly paid media budgets where ROI and profitability were core components of your accountability.
You are a builder by nature, with experience creating systems, standard operating procedures, and advanced reporting structures rather than relying solely on campaign execution.
You have led and developed teams of at least three to five performance marketing professionals, overseeing hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Your expertise spans the major advertising ecosystems, requiring deep, hands-on knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, and Snapchat marketplaces.
You are proficient in advanced quantitative analysis, leveraging tools such as Tableau for visualization, Google Analytics for behavior insights, and SQL for data extraction.
You operate with a high degree of structure and systematic thinking, eliminating inconsistency and establishing repeatable processes for all acquisition activities.
You exhibit full ownership mentality, taking complete accountability for performance outcomes and actively diagnosing issues on any traffic source without hesitation.
You are an effective manager who can hire top talent, invest in their growth, and hold individuals accountable for results in a remote-first environment.
You communicate clearly and directly, ensuring alignment and understanding across distributed teams and stakeholders.
You are legally authorized to work in Ukraine and located within a geographic region that allows for synchronous collaboration within approximately four hours of Central European Time.
You have a track record of ethical growth practices, focusing on sustainable user acquisition that respects platform policies and user privacy.
You are comfortable making high-stakes decisions based on data analysis, balancing risk, and iterating quickly based on performance feedback.
Nice to have
Experience scaling consumer D2C brands in adjacent verticals such as health, education, or entertainment.
A background in building and optimizing landing page conversion funnels and micro-site experiences.
Familiarity with privacy-centric measurement environments and adaptation strategies post-cookie deprecation.
Knowledge of creative production workflows and collaboration with design teams in a remote setup.
Experience managing contractors or freelancers across different jurisdictions and time zones.
Practical notes
The role operates within the CET time zone, requiring availability for core collaboration hours within roughly four hours of this timezone.
This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule aligned with company expectations.
Travel is not required for this role, as the position is fully remote within the specified time zone constraints.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, and candidates must have the legal right to work in Ukraine.
The start date is contingent upon business needs and will be determined in consultation with the hiring manager.
