Success is defined by the ability to correlate campaign performance with downstream revenue and to compound advantages through documented systems. You will translate raw search data into decisive action that compounds over time. What you'll do
- Architect and maintain the core account structure, campaign hierarchy, and standardized naming conventions that govern performance at scale across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Own the complete lifecycle of the keyword universe, including segmentation logic, match-type strategy, negative list expansion, and systematic discovery of high-value search terms.
- Drive budget efficiency by managing monthly spend with direct financial accountability for cost per acquisition and return on ad spend targets.
- Systematically mine search term reports, auction insights, and competitor landscapes to identify and validate new keyword opportunities.
- Implement and refine bidding frameworks, including hands-on optimization of Smart Bidding, Performance Max, and manual strategies to align with channel objectives.
- Establish and maintain rigorous SOPs for keyword management, bid adjustments, and performance review cycles to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Build and govern dashboards that track paid search KPIs, enabling rapid diagnosis of anomalies and clear communication of performance to stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive search query analysis to isolate quality issues and refine match-type logic, ensuring inventory remains relevant and efficient.
- Collaborate closely with analytics partners to validate funnel performance, resolve attribution gaps, and ensure revenue data flows accurately into decision models.
- Continuously evaluate platform updates, testing their operational impact and adjusting account strategy to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads at a sophisticated level.
- Demonstrate a track record of personally managing monthly budgets exceeding $500,000 with clear accountability for CPA and ROAS outcomes.
- Show evidence of having built and maintained large-scale keyword systems, including segmentation frameworks, expansion methodologies, and negative structures across tens of thousands of keywords.
- Provide concrete examples of hands-on work with Smart Bidding, Performance Max, and manual bidding strategies to achieve defined performance goals.
- Prove active usage of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini in daily workflows for data analysis, automation, copy generation, and iterative testing.
- Illustrate the ability to create processes from the ground up, including SOPs, review cadences, and quality control systems that operate effectively without constant supervision.
- Hold a working professional proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher to navigate complex analytical and cross-functional communication.

- Prior experience with Microsoft Advertising (Bing) and a demonstrated ability to scale campaigns across multiple search platforms.
- Background working with web products or mobile applications, with a particular advantage if your experience centers on subscription-based business models.
