You will design and execute proactive sourcing strategies that build diverse pipelines of high-caliber candidates across multiple markets. This role requires you to independently manage the full recruitment funnel from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. You will analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and optimize sourcing channels for improved hiring efficiency. You will act as a key point of contact for candidates, providing clear and timely communication throughout the selection process. This position demands a high level of ownership to drive recruitment initiatives forward with minimal supervision. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on hiring goals and company objectives. Your work will directly impact the company's ability to scale quickly and secure the talent needed to execute its strategic vision.

What you'll do
- Source candidates using advanced search techniques and Boolean strategies to identify passive talent pools.
- Manage candidate relationships through every stage of the hiring process, providing updates and feedback promptly.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistical details to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
- Assess candidate qualifications through initial screenings to determine fit for role requirements and team dynamics.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support immediate hiring needs and future recruitment cycles.
- Analyze recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of different sourcing channels and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality indicators.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to build employer brand awareness and engage with potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data integrity and support reporting needs.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure compliance with company policies and standard procedures.
- Proactively identify barriers in the recruitment process and implement solutions to improve efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by sourcing candidates from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
- Contribute to the development of talent acquisition best practices and share insights with the broader HR organization.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Familiarity with leading ATS platforms, such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby, is essential.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to juggle multiple open positions effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with internal teams.
- A proactive mindset towards sourcing candidates and developing talent pipelines.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team setting.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication.
