Google Ads Manager (AI Native)
Job description
Google Ads Manager (AI Native) at Ruby Labs.
About the role
You will own the end-to-end performance of our global Google Ads account, using Claude as your daily co-pilot for research, audits, and campaign work. You will scale profitable spend across countries, products, and devices while discovering untapped markets and launching them against real revenue and payback goals. You will build and maintain large-scale keyword systems, ensuring every new AI model release is covered from day one and that ad strength remains high across 30+ languages. You will design and maintain a clean, scalable account structure with well-themed ad groups, sensible country tiers, and consistent naming across a very large campaign portfolio. You will leverage your strong working knowledge of Google Ads compliance, including trademark rules and misleading-claims policy, to prevent and, if needed, appeal account-level restrictions like Limited Ad Serving. You will set and continuously adjust CPA and ROAS targets based on real revenue data per country, device, and campaign, relying on data rather than gut feeling. You will use Claude and AI workflows daily to research keywords, generate and review ad copy, audit the account, and automate repetitive tasks. You will monitor performance the right way, letting revenue data mature before judging it, spotting problems early, and quickly identifying root causes when numbers move.
