What you'll do

• Support the end-to-end quoting process for job listings and client engagements across the platform
• Review incoming requests for pricing details and prepare accurate quote documentation
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to validate pricing structures and discount rules
• Maintain and update quoting templates to reflect current rate cards and service tiers
• Analyze historical quoting data to identify trends and recommend pricing adjustments
• Ensure all quotes comply with internal policies and regional regulatory requirements
• Communicate quote status and expected timelines to stakeholders through regular written updates
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between quoted prices and final billing amounts
• Contribute to the development of automated quoting tools and workflow improvements
• Participate in quarterly reviews of quoting performance metrics and accuracy benchmarks
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on quoting best practices and standards
• Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client needs and tailor quotes accordingly

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a quoting, pricing, or financial analysis role within a service-oriented organization
• Strong understanding of pricing models, rate structures, and discount frameworks
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications for data manipulation and report generation
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into quote specifications
• Attention to detail with a track record of producing error-free documentation
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for stakeholder interactions
• Minimum of several years of professional experience in a relevant analytical capacity
• Familiarity with job board or recruitment industry operations is beneficial
• Experience with data validation techniques to ensure quote accuracy before submission
• Familiarity with compliance guidelines related to pricing and contractual agreements
