What you'll do
- Lead the development and execution of strategic content partnership initiatives that align with Roku's goals and enhance the platform's content library.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify partnership opportunities, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements that benefit both Roku and its content partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, partnerships, or business development, preferably within the media or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex partnerships and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive decision-making and strategy development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the streaming media landscape and an understanding of content licensing and distribution models.
