About the role
You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of brand campaigns that elevate the Roku platform and its partners within the television ecosystem. You will translate complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with both internal stakeholders and external audiences. This role requires you to act as a strategic partner to Sales and Client Services, ensuring that every activation aligns with broader revenue and engagement objectives. You will drive process standardization across the team while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance how we support and sell to clients. You will frequently interface with cross-functional groups to synchronize messaging and campaign timing. Ultimately, you will be responsible for delivering measurable results that reinforce Roku's position as the leading TV streaming platform.

What you'll do
Coordinate cross-functional workflows to ensure timely delivery of brand campaigns and activations.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures that enhance the efficiency of the Ad Sales Client Services team.
Partner with Sales leadership to design and implement sponsorship offerings that meet client business objectives.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding campaign escalations and priority account issues.
Collaborate with Roku Brand Studio to align creative assets with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Guide the implementation of project management tools that improve visibility and tracking for all team initiatives.
Support the development of client-facing materials that clearly communicate the value of Roku sponsorship opportunities.
Facilitate regular sync meetings with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
Drive the adoption of best practices across the team to improve consistency in execution and client satisfaction.
Lead post-campaign reviews to capture learnings and integrate them into future activation strategies.
Translate client needs into actionable requirements for internal stakeholders, including AdOps and Product teams.
Own the documentation of key processes to enable scalable team growth and knowledge sharing.
Champion data-driven decision making to optimize campaign outcomes and resource allocation.
Act as a thought partner for the team, proposing innovative approaches to activation challenges.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
You bring a proven track record of brand management, activation, or project management within a media, advertising, or technology environment.
You have experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives on schedule.
You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to both executive and client audiences.
You are proficient in project management tools and methodologies used to track progress and dependencies.
You show an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
You have experience collaborating with Sales teams to develop and execute client offerings.
You are comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth public company with evolving priorities.
You understand the fundamentals of advertising sales and sponsorship models within the streaming landscape.
Nice to have
Experience with Roku's advertising platform or streaming media ecosystem.
Familiarity with Sponsorship sales cycles and Client Services operations.
Background in managing agency or external partner relationships.
Experience with data visualization tools to present campaign performance.
Practical notes
This is a hybrid role, Monday - Thursday in the New York office with the option to work from home on Friday.
For New York
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $115,000 - $120,000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
