- Partner with the Ad Sales team to co-develop and execute strategic account plans that prioritize revenue growth and client retention.

- Design and propose brand-specific streaming campaigns that leverage Roku's unique TV-first audience and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales to validate concepts, test new offerings, and refine solutions before launch.
- Own the end-to-end strategy process, from discovery and insights through activation, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with priority clients, acting as a trusted advisor who balances their needs with Roku's strategic goals.
- Define success metrics for each engagement, monitor performance rigorously, and adjust tactics to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of internal playbooks, frameworks, and tools that standardize best practices for client strategy work.
- Stay fluent in emerging CTV trends, advertising products, and competitive dynamics to ensure recommendations remain current and effective.
- Support the rollout of new AI-assisted workflows, demonstrating how these tools can accelerate execution while preserving quality and accountability.
- Evaluate vendor and partner options when appropriate, ensuring proposed solutions align with client objectives and Roku's standards.
- Document learnings from each engagement and share insights with internal stakeholders to inform future strategy and innovation.
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset, enabling the team to experiment responsibly and scale what works across the broader client base.
- Act as an internal thought partner, helping peers and leadership understand the implications of platform changes for client strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in media, advertising, consulting, or a related field focused on streaming or connected TV.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data and dashboards to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients or cross-functional sales teams in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with the connected TV (CTV) advertising ecosystem, including supply-side platforms and measurement basics.
- Willingness to travel as required by client needs and internal priorities, within the parameters defined by company policy.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship for this role is required.
- New York-based location is mandatory for this position due to client and team proximity.
