What you'll do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday projects, ensuring they meet timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and report on project status to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Oversee the integration of Workday with other enterprise systems, ensuring data flow and functionality.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user guides for Workday processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday features and functionalities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Workday implementations, making recommendations for improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on enterprise software implementations.
• Proven experience managing Workday projects, including configuration, deployment, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of HR and financial processes, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with change management practices to support organizational transitions during project implementations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
