What you'll do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday projects, ensuring they meet timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and report on project status to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Oversee the integration of Workday with other enterprise systems, ensuring data flow and functionality.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user guides for Workday processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday features and functionalities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Workday implementations, making recommendations for improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on enterprise software implementations.
- Proven experience managing Workday projects, including configuration, deployment, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of HR and financial processes, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with change management practices to support organizational transitions during project implementations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
