What you'll do
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect categories, including but not limited to marketing, IT services, facilities management, and professional services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions while mitigating risks.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance, ensuring that they meet service level agreements and quality standards.
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Lead initiatives aimed at driving cost efficiencies and optimizing the overall procurement process.
- Provide training and guidance to junior procurement staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement to enhance Roku's competitive advantage.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on procurement activities, savings achieved, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on indirect procurement.
- Proven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.

- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
