About the role
As a Human Resources Senior Associate at Riveron, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team by handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks related to employee management. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with documentation creation, and supporting routine HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle. This role requires a detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity, streamlining HR workflows, and providing excellent support to stakeholders, primarily based in the U.S., while working from Bangalore, India. What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the HR team, covering all phases of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding new hires, managing performance reviews, and facilitating employee offboarding processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues, escalating complex or sensitive matters to appropriate team members when necessary.
- Maintain and update employee data within Riveron's HRIS system, Workday, ensuring all information such as hires, terminations, job changes, and other updates are processed accurately and promptly.
- Prepare, review, and process standard HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, verification letters, and other related paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc HR reports, analyze data, and respond to stakeholder requests for information, continuously seeking ways to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and usefulness.
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and operational workflows, recommending and implementing improvements that increase overall efficiency and data accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards, maintaining high standards of data quality.
- Support multiple stakeholders across different time zones, primarily supporting U.S.-based teams, by managing priorities effectively and providing timely assistance.
- Assist with routine HR projects, initiatives, and compliance activities, contributing to the ongoing development of HR programs and policies.
- Collaborate with other HR team members and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of HR activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion, adhering to privacy policies and legal standards.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience working in HR or a related field, with a preference for candidates who have experience in global or professional services environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at various levels.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholder expectations are satisfied.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across diverse teams.
- Experience working with HR systems, particularly Workday, with reporting and analytics experience considered a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to support reporting, data analysis, and presentation needs.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining trust and integrity in all interactions.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of HR compliance standards and data privacy regulations is advantageous.
