Sales Development Representative
Job description
About the role
You are the engine that drives the first point of contact between Rilla and the world of offline salespeople. In this position, you own the responsibility of defining what a great sales conversation looks like before it ever reaches an Account Executive. You will act as the primary researcher and strategist who ensures that every outreach effort is targeted and valuable. Your days will be spent evangelizing the power of conversation intelligence to sales teams who have never seen their interactions analyzed. You are expected to bring an unmatched level of drive and hustle to the process, treating every interaction as a chance to prove the value of our platform. Success in this role means you measure your impact by the quality of meetings you create and the problems you help solve for prospects. Ultimately, you are the trusted advisor who introduces salespeople to a new way of thinking about their own performance.
