Rilla is building the leading AI sales coaching software for offline sales organizations. Join a team focused on capturing and indexing real-world conversations, contributing to a product used by over 1000 customers. This role involves developing foundational systems and features across the entire technology stack. You will architect and deliver the core infrastructure that powers our AI coaching platform, ensuring scalability and reliability for a growing customer base. You will own the design of critical services that process, store, and analyze high volumes of conversational data. This position requires a deep partnership with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. You will be instrumental in defining the architecture that enables our AI models to derive insights from real-world sales interactions. Your work will directly impact how sales teams improve their performance and win rates in industries that have historically been underserved by software.

What you'll do
- Architect and implement end-to-end features that move from conception to production rapidly.

Requirements
- Demonstrate strong coding ability in languages such as Javascript, C++, Python, or Rust.
- Bring proven engineering experience, preferably within startup environments where speed and ownership are critical.
- Show familiarity with data storage, processing systems, and cloud infrastructure used to build modern applications.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable quick iteration and constructive feedback.
- Commit to working approximately 60 hours per week in person at our New York City office.
- Display eagerness to engage directly with customers, including conducting field visits to understand their workflows.
- Show excitement for building AI products for industries not yet modernized by software.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
