What you'll do
- Collaborate with the Head of Growth to optimize and scale our Meta ads program, focusing on creative testing, audience strategy, and budget allocation.
- Identify and automate repetitive tasks and manual processes across various workflows to increase team efficiency and reduce human error.
- Contribute to our growth technology stack, including Clay for enrichment and personalization, and HubSpot for workflows and integrations.
- Independently develop and deploy landing pages, websites, automations, and internal tools to support rapid experimentation.
- Connect disparate systems using code, APIs, and webhooks to ensure seamless data flow and a unified technology ecosystem.
- Integrate AI solutions into growth strategies for enhanced personalization and automated content generation to improve conversion rates.
- Empower the SDR team with improved data quality, targeting precision, and reduced manual effort through the development of internal tools.
- Discover and implement new growth strategies, channels, and experiments, quickly iterating on what works to achieve scalable results.
- Actively participate in all aspects of growth initiatives to drive Rilla's expansion from concept to execution.
- Own the deployment and monitoring of growth-related digital assets to ensure they perform reliably and meet key objectives.
- Analyze user behavior and experiment outcomes to refine our approach and maximize the return on our growth investments.
- Partner closely with the sales and product teams to align growth initiatives with broader company goals and customer needs.
- Maintain a high standard of code quality and documentation for all growth-related projects to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Continuously research new growth tools and methodologies to keep our strategies at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements
- Direct experience managing Meta Ads campaigns and a clear understanding of effective ad creative and targeting strategies.
- Proficiency with Clay, HubSpot, and contemporary GTM tools like Make, n8n, Zapier, or Apollo to build and manage workflows.
- Coding skills in React, Python, JavaScript, or SQL, with comfort in using APIs and webhooks to build and deploy web assets or automations.
- Demonstrated history of creating automated systems that eliminate manual work and continue to operate autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to scale successful initiatives to the next level of magnitude, handling increased volume and complexity.
- Strong analytical skills for working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution models to derive actionable insights and inform decisions.
- A creative mindset for generating and implementing unique growth ideas that can move the needle on key metrics.
- A preference for rapid experimentation and launching multiple tests over extensive planning to find optimal solutions faster.
- A strong commitment to data-driven decision making, using metrics to validate hypotheses and guide future actions.
- The ability to thrive in an in-office environment in New York City, collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
- A solid understanding of sales processes and how technology can be leveraged to remove barriers and accelerate revenue generation.
