Senior Staff Product Manager
Job description
About the role
You define and own the end-to-end extensibility strategy for Ridgeline. You will chart how integrations, AI workflows, and marketplace capabilities evolve across the platform. Your role is to enable safe, composed workflows by aligning architecture, commercial strategy, and customer needs. You operate at the intersection of platform, product, and go-to-market to ensure extensibility capabilities deliver measurable value. You translate complex platform capabilities into clear product narratives for diverse stakeholders. You balance long-term vision with near-term deliverables to ensure continuity in extensibility outcomes. You act as the primary thought partner for internal and external audiences on extensibility direction. You ensure that platform decisions are consistently grounded in customer and partner value.
Key facts
What you'll do
Define the roadmap and governance for the integrations platform, covering all connectors, data contracts, and the Integrations Hub control plane. You will set standards for how integrations are built, monitored, and scaled across customer and partner scenarios.
Own the product direction for API and AI interoperability, including tiering, rate limits, guardrails, and MCP server offerings. You will operationalize an "open by default, governed by design" approach to AI-driven workflows and interoperability.
Shape the longer-term vision for extensibility and data gravity. You will guide how Ridgeline teams, certified partners, and customers compose workflows and build applications. This includes oversight of the apps marketplace, developer programs, and natural-language-driven composition experiences.
Collaborate closely with the Data Connectivity team on data foundation initiatives, such as market data redistribution and custodian data integration. You will ensure platform investment sequencing aligns with extensibility goals, serving as the connective tissue between data capabilities and platform exposure.
Define the commercial framework for integrations and data products. You will work with GTM, Finance, and Product Strategy to set API tiering, data product pricing, partner economics, and marketplace monetization models.
Serve as the central point of accountability for the unified extensibility strategy. You will drive alignment across Engineering (API, Integrations, Platform), Product domain teams, Customer Experience, and GTM organizations.
Ensure platform investments improve onboarding, integrations building, and AI-powered composition across Ridgeline. You will prioritize initiatives that strengthen governance while accelerating safe delivery.
Drive execution across cross-functional teams to bring extensibility capabilities to market faster. You will balance speed with standards, ensuring governance does not impede innovation.
Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure the impact of extensibility investments on customer outcomes and partner success. You will use insights to continuously refine the roadmap and operating model.
Champion the adoption of extensibility patterns across internal Ridgeline teams and external partners. You will enable consistency while preserving the flexibility needed for specialized solutions.
Lead discovery and synthesis efforts to translate customer and partner needs into extensibility capabilities. You will ensure that platform investments are justified by clear value and risk profiles.
Partner with security and compliance to ensure extensibility frameworks meet regulatory and risk standards. You will embed necessary controls without compromising agility.
Own the narrative for extensibility in customer-facing materials and sales enablement tools. You will ensure that the value of platform investments is clearly articulated to all audiences.
Support the design of developer experiences, including documentation, samples, and tooling. You will advocate for practices that accelerate integration and AI workflow adoption.

What you'll do
Long narrow elevated forms define our work, with steep sides falling from a narrow crest. Height above surroundings ranges minimally to great spans. Origins vary, formed by deposit, erosion, or tectonics, using bedrock, sediment, lava, or ice. Ridges stand alone or link within larger systems. Smaller elements often branch from these features. Understanding these variables guides our approach. Site conditions, structure, and material shape each project. Clients gain precise mapping and clear analysis. Current needs drive solutions that respect natural layout and scale, supporting decisions with clear, factual terrain interpretation.
