Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive multi-year vision and strategic roadmap for all customer-facing digital experiences, including vehicle interfaces, mobile apps (iOS and Android), customer web portals, and internal operational tools.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility, ensuring alignment across vehicle systems, software development, and commercial initiatives.
- Define and design seamless customer journeys for various interactions such as user setup, onboarding processes, remote vehicle controls, service requests, telemetry data, ride analytics, and support features.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, ensuring user-centered approaches that meet usability standards and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications, ensuring feasibility and timely delivery of features.
- Partner with vehicle product management, UX/UI designers, software engineers, systems engineers, customer experience teams, marketing, and commercial teams to coordinate development efforts and align priorities.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication by conducting roadmap reviews, product planning sessions, and prioritization meetings to ensure all teams are aligned on goals and timelines.
- Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and gather feedback through surveys and direct engagement to understand user needs and pain points.
- Analyze usage analytics, behavioral data, and telemetry to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform iterative development.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital product success, including adoption rates, user engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to prioritize ongoing improvements, refine user experiences, and ensure continuous enhancement of digital platforms post-launch.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in mobility, digital interfaces, and user experience to incorporate innovative solutions into product planning.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobility, consumer software, or hardware-related products.
- Proven ability to translate complex business goals into clear, actionable product requirements and specifications.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, design, technical program management, and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce structured documentation, product specifications, and stakeholder presentations.
- Demonstrated success managing ambiguity and evolving project scopes while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
- Familiarity with digital product development processes, including Agile methodologies, user-centered design, and iterative testing.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with telemetry, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making to inform product improvements.
- Knowledge of vehicle interfaces, mobile app development, or web platform management is a plus but not mandatory.

- Experience working within hybrid models that combine direct-to-consumer sales with retail and service channels.
- Conceptual understanding of platforms such as Shopify, ERP systems, logistics management, or service systems that support mobility solutions.
- Background in mobility, consumer hardware, or physical products that require connectivity, service, and maintenance considerations.
- Exposure to subscription-based, service-oriented, or entitlement-based business models.
- Familiarity with emerging trends in electric mobility, vehicle connectivity, and digital vehicle controls.
