Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee the entire sales cycle for small business prospects, starting from the initial outreach to securing the final agreement.
- Proactively build your own sales pipeline through regular outbound calls and effective digital communication strategies.
- Identify larger accounts and seamlessly transition them to Senior Account Executives while ensuring you receive credit for the deal.
- Manage various stages of the sales process, including discovery, negotiation, and closing, to ensure a smooth transaction for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of Rho to potential clients, ensuring they understand the benefits of our platform.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to stay informed about new features and promotional campaigns that can enhance your sales efforts.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent Rho, contingent on achieving defined performance metrics.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a role that involves high-volume outbound calling.
- Demonstrated capability to manage the complete sales cycle, not limited to merely scheduling meetings.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with clients effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently are crucial for success in this role.
- A self-motivated approach that emphasizes digital prospecting and outreach is necessary.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment is a must.
