You will serve as a strategic business partner to Reviverx executive leadership, aligning HR initiatives with the overarching business goals of optimizing treatment and revolutionizing healthcare. You will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for a growing, regulated environment, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on operational execution. This role requires you to shape the employee experience by driving performance management, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives. You will leverage industry-leading technology to utilize data for informed decision-making and process improvement. Collaborating with innovative pharmacists, healthcare providers, and pharmaceutical manufacturers will be central to your work in providing personalized care. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR dashboards, KPIs, and reports to measure the impact of your programs. Ultimately, you will lead the HR function to empower individuals to live vibrant lives through holistic wellness and personalized medicine.

What you'll do
Establish and lead the execution of HR strategies across performance management, employee engagement, culture, and workforce planning in partnership with senior leadership.
Provide guidance and direction to the HR team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all HR operations.
Develop, maintain, and analyze HR dashboards, KPIs, and reports to inform data-driven decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Lead the design and administration of the organization's performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and annual reviews.
Partner with managers to establish clear performance expectations and provide coaching on delivering effective feedback to drive individual and team growth.
Support the identification and management of underperformance through structured performance improvement plans and tracking their completion.
Analyze performance data to identify calibration needs, trends, and opportunities for manager development to ensure consistency and fairness.
Recommend and help implement tools or processes that improve the effectiveness of the performance management cycle and employee feedback mechanisms.
Manage complex employee relations matters, including conducting thorough investigations, handling disciplinary actions, and resolving internal conflicts.
Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO requirements.
Maintain and update company policies and procedures, providing training to managers and staff on proper policy application and interpretation.
Lead compliance audits and risk mitigation efforts to ensure all HR practices meet legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Support the administration of comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and leave of absence offerings.
Partner with Finance to develop and manage competitive compensation structures that ensure internal equity and market competitiveness for the roles.
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate benefit offerings to enhance employee satisfaction and cost-effectiveness for the organization.
Monitor and manage all types of employee leaves and accommodations in strict compliance with applicable laws and company guidelines.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data across all HR systems and tools, maintaining data hygiene and security.
Support HRIS implementation and optimization initiatives to streamline processes and support data-driven HR operations.
Partner cross-functionally with other departments, including Clinical, Pharmacy, and Operations, to deliver comprehensive and seamless HR support.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify root causes and recommend actionable retention strategies to leadership.
Lead or participate in wage and benefits benchmarking initiatives to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Coordinate with external vendors to deliver essential employee services, such as relocation, transportation, or wellness programs.
Represent the company in employment-related investigations, audits, or legal proceedings to ensure proper handling and resolution.
Oversee HR administrative functions, including recordkeeping, maintaining confidentiality, and generating required reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory for this position.
You must possess 7+ years of progressive HR experience demonstrating a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
A minimum of 2+ years in leadership or people management is required to prove your ability to guide and develop others.
You must have a strong background in employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration.
In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR regulatory requirements is essential for ensuring legal compliance.
You must have a proven ability to lead HR functions in high-growth, multi-site, or healthcare-related environments successfully.
Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP, Paylocity, Workday, or similar platforms is required to manage data and processes efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are non-negotiable for influencing stakeholders and leading teams.
You must be able to lead both strategically and tactically, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day execution effectively.
A strong background in healthcare, pharmacy, supply chain, or a similarly regulated industry is required to understand the business context.
You must demonstrate the ability to manage complex employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism.
You must have a proven track record of ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, and other relevant employment regulations.
You must be capable of analyzing performance data to drive insights and recommendations for organizational improvement.
You must be able to partner with Finance to develop compensation structures that support internal equity and market positioning.
You must have experience managing vendor relationships and evaluating service offerings to maximize employee satisfaction.
You must be able to monitor and manage all types of employee leaves and accommodations in compliance with legal requirements.
You must ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data across multiple HR systems and processes.
Nice to have
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
