Chief Human Resources Officer
Job description
About the role
The Chief Human Resources Officer at GTI will own the enterprise-wide people strategy that directly supports the company's growth, revenue, and margin targets. This executive will serve as a full member of the Executive Leadership Team, shaping business decisions beyond HR and not merely executing on them. The CHRO will partner closely with the HR Director, acting as a thought partner and advocate while holding ultimate accountability for enterprise HR, recruiting, and talent operations across every site. This role requires executive talent management, including executive hiring, onboarding, compensation design, performance, and succession planning for the executive leadership team and site leadership. The CHRO will own organizational design for a scaling, multi-site manufacturing business and serve as the senior-most escalation point for high-risk employee relations, legal exposure, and material compliance matters. This leader will own total rewards strategy company-wide, including compensation philosophy, incentive design, and benefits strategy. The CHRO will evolve and protect GTI's five core values and "Together We Win" mantra as the company scales headcount and geography.
