What you'll do
You will architect the people strategy for robotic homebuilding facilities located across Canada and the United States. This involves designing organization structures, career frameworks, and cultural programs that guide team operations. You will collaborate with founders to synchronize workforce planning with production goals and long-term strategic ambitions.
Your key duties include designing intake procedures that clarify role requirements, success metrics, and stakeholder expectations prior to initiating any search.
