About the role
The Install Helper role is pivotal in translating Renuity's network of trusted partners into seamless home experiences for homeowners. You own the physical execution of installation, setup, and final cleanup so that each project aligns with the rigorous standards of Rite Window and the expectations of the homeowner. This position requires you to act as the final quality checkpoint by confirming with management that every detail is complete and that the customer is fully satisfied before closing the job. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the jobsite by ensuring that all materials are handled correctly and that the space is left in professional condition. Strong communication skills are essential as you interact with homeowners, internal management, and partner companies to clarify instructions and confirm satisfaction. Physical capability is a core part of the role, as you will be on your feet performing demanding tasks in varied outdoor conditions throughout the shift. Ultimately, you own the success of the installation from the first step onto the site to the final walkthrough, making your role critical to customer retention and brand reputation.

What you'll do
Handle the installation of home remodeling products to Rite Window's standards so that work consistently meets company criteria and passes homeowner inspection.
Perform thorough cleanup after installation to ensure jobsites remain clean, safe, and professional for the next phase of work.
Complete the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at completion to confirm work quality, address concerns, and secure final authorization.
Transport materials and equipment to the jobsite using personal vehicles when necessary, ensuring tools are organized and ready for efficient workflow.
Assist in the precise measurement and fitting of replacement windows and doors to support accurate installation and reduce rework.
Maintain a detailed awareness of safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the homeowner during every phase of the installation.
Communicate proactively with project managers to report progress, flag obstacles, and coordinate timelines so that schedules are upheld.
Use diagnostic skills to identify minor installation issues and resolve them promptly with guidance from senior team members.
Support the partner network by adhering to the operational standards of all seven home renovation companies that rely on consistent execution.
Demonstrate reliability and punctuality to ensure that each job starts and finishes on time, minimizing disruptions for homeowners and crews.
Requirements
Possess direct Replacement Window & Door Installation experience or a proven background in carpentry that demonstrates hands-on competence.
Bring a minimum of 6 months of Remodeling, carpentry, or construction hands-on experience that shows you can perform technical tasks independently.
Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record to ensure reliable travel to diverse jobsites across the region.
Exhibit clear communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with homeowners, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Show physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
Provide all personal hand tools required for the role, ensuring they are maintained, safe, and ready for daily use.
Present a valid DOT Health Card as proof of medical clearance necessary for construction and installation work.
Obtain OSHA 10 certification as a baseline safety qualification that supports safe work practices on residential sites.
Pursue OSHA 30 certification as a preferred qualification that demonstrates advanced safety knowledge and commitment to risk mitigation.
