What you'll do

- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, including work performed, materials used, and any incidents or delays, for record-keeping and future reference.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements
- Proven experience in residential remodeling, with specific expertise in replacement windows, bathrooms, and kitchens.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, capable of traveling locally to various job sites in Fargo, ND.
- Prior management or supervisory experience in a construction, remodeling, or home improvement environment.
- Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle customer concerns and team issues professionally.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with customers, crew members, and management.
