Requirements

• Proven experience in residential remodeling, with specific expertise in replacement windows, bathrooms, and kitchens.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, capable of traveling locally to various job sites in Fargo, ND.
• Prior management or supervisory experience in a construction, remodeling, or home improvement environment.
• Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle customer concerns and team issues professionally.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with customers, crew members, and management.
