Senior Field Manager
Job description
About the role
Renuity is hiring a Senior Field Manager who will apply hands-on remodeling expertise in the field by reviewing jobs and measurements before orders are placed. In this role, you are the quality gate that makes sure every project is planned correctly, measured accurately, and compliant with city and state codes before any product is purchased. You will work closely with customers, sales representatives, measure technicians, and technical reviewers across the entire installation lifecycle, resolving issues around contracts, change orders, pricing, and product fit. When discrepancies surface during your review, you will send them for change orders and implement any needed alterations before product is ordered, so that nothing is left to chance on the day of installation. This is a true in-field role, not a desk job, and a company vehicle is provided while you are at work. It comes with a strong base salary of 90,000 plus bonus. If you have deep remodeling knowledge and take pride in protecting customers from measurement mistakes and product mismatches, this role gives you real ownership over project quality from planning through installation.
