What you'll do
Orchestrate the end-to-end operational performance of the Central division by designing, deploying, and refining core processes across measuring, purchasing, fleet management, administration, and scheduling to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance throughput.
Lead the development and execution of strategic operational plans that translate corporate objectives into actionable initiatives for multiple departments, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and growth targets.
Implement rigorous performance metrics and reporting frameworks utilizing Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Salesforce to track productivity, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions that optimize resource allocation.
Champion cross-functional collaboration by partnering with leadership teams to synchronize workflows, resolve interdepartmental challenges, and ensure cohesive execution of projects and daily activities.
Oversee the management and development of personnel within the operational units, providing guidance, fostering talent development, and ensuring teams are equipped to meet evolving demands.
Safeguard operational integrity by enforcing compliance with industry-specific safety standards and regulatory requirements, mitigating risk and ensuring all activities adhere to established protocols.
Manage the operational budget for the Central region, conducting financial planning, analyzing expenditures, and implementing cost-saving measures to improve the bottom line without compromising service quality.
Leverage advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, diagnose operational inefficiencies, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance overall system performance.
Utilize proficiency in communication platforms such as Ring Central to facilitate clear, efficient internal and external communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed and issues are addressed promptly.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating existing workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation, and leading the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
Ensure the reliability and efficiency of fleet management operations by establishing best practices, monitoring performance, and coordinating with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize asset utilization.
Provide strategic oversight for scheduling and administrative functions, ensuring optimal resource deployment, adherence to timelines, and seamless execution of operational plans.
Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the Central region by setting high standards, providing constructive feedback, and recognizing team achievements to maintain high morale and performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-regional operational initiatives, representing the Central division in discussions and contributing to enterprise-wide strategy sessions and planning efforts.

Requirements
Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of cumulative industry-related professional experience, with at least 3 years actively engaged in upper management or senior leadership capacities within an operational environment.
Exhibit a proven track record of developing, implementing, and executing operational strategies that directly align with and support overarching organizational goals and objectives.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex operational concepts, data, and directives clearly and effectively to diverse audiences across all organizational levels.
Showcase demonstrated supervisory and leadership capabilities, with a history of successfully managing teams, developing talent, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture.
Maintain extensive knowledge of industry principles, standard procedures, and established best practices relevant to the operational management of home improvement services.
