About the role
You are the technical custodian of employee data ensuring Workday serves as the single source of truth for all workforce information. You own the execution of high-volume transactional activities that keep global payroll inputs error-free and audit trails pristine. You drive process integrity for onboarding and offboarding workflows across US, EMEA, and India regions while managing contractor lifecycle administration through Deel. You will generate leadership reporting on Rhythm of the Business metrics and maintain flawless compliance documentation for audit readiness. You own the maintenance of HR Hub documentation including RACI matrices and SOPs to ensure operational procedures remain current. You are the engine room that ensures the People function runs on accurate data and robust processes.

What you'll do
Execute high-volume operational tasks in Workday including job requisitions, compensation changes, photo approvals, and personal data updates with precision.
Perform weekly audits of new hire information and termination data to guarantee 100% accuracy in employee records and downstream payroll feeds.
Generate raw data reports for the Leadership Team focusing on Rhythm of the Business metrics and InfoSec audit requirements to support strategic decision-making.
Own the preparation and accuracy of payroll data logs for US bi-weekly, EMEA monthly, and India payroll cycles to prevent payment disruptions.
Execute backend enrollment and termination processes for benefits such as pension portals and Ringo accounts and file signed compensation plans into Workday.
Maintain a pristine digital paper trail to satisfy internal and external finance audit requirements and regulatory expectations.
Trigger and track workflow steps for onboarding activities including I-9s and ID checks and offboarding processes such as separation letters and holiday pay calculations across US, EMEA, and India.
Manage the administrative lifecycle of contractors via Deel covering onboarding setup, contract adjustments, and termination processing with strict compliance.
Manage data tracking for probation periods in UK, DE, and India ensuring automated notifications are sent and outcomes are logged accurately in the system.
Draft and issue standard template letters for visas and magistrate requests based on established SOPs to support legal and compliance needs.
Update technical process documentation such as RACI matrices in the HR Hub to ensure operational procedures are current and accessible to stakeholders.
Coordinate closely with Finance and IT to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
Support ad hoc People Operations projects that require meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to confidentiality standards.
Verify that all employment compliance audit trails are complete, accurate, and ready for review at any time.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, or related roles in a high-growth environment demonstrating consistent ownership of complex administrative processes.
Significant, hands-on experience executing business processes (hire, change job, terminate) and data entry within Workday understanding the downstream impact of data fields on reporting and payroll.
Operational background working in an HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Payroll coordination role with exposure to global employment lifecycle activities.
Proven ability to create follow and update Standard Operating Procedures SOPs and process maps ensuring consistency and compliance across teams and regions.
Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for reconciling payroll logs and auditing data sets against the HRIS including highly confidential personnel and payroll information.
Experience managing high-volume ticketing systems and prioritizing requests to meet strict service level expectations across multiple stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance.
Commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality handling sensitive employee information in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
