About the role
You will architect and own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle for the DACH region, translating global strategy into locally resonant experiences that drive measurable demand. You will serve as the critical bridge between Redwood's global marketing vision and the on-the-ground realities of the DACH market, ensuring every initiative aligns with regional nuances. In this role, you will collaborate deeply with sales, customer success, and partners to orchestrate integrated programs that amplify our brand presence. You will leverage data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns, maximizing ROI and pipeline contribution across all touchpoints. This position requires a proactive mindset to identify opportunities, remove blockers, and ensure execution excellence from concept to close. You will own the narrative of Redwood in DACH, shaping perceptions and building trust through consistent, high-impact marketing efforts. Ultimately, you will be accountable for delivering predictable, high-quality pipeline and supporting the company's ambitious growth objectives in the region.

What you'll do
Develop and manage the regional DACH marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with product launches, fiscal goals, and market opportunities.
Conduct deep market and competitor research within the DACH region to uncover insights that inform messaging, positioning, and channel selection.
Localize global content and campaigns for German, Austrian, and Swiss audiences, ensuring cultural relevance, linguistic precision, and brand consistency.
Partner with Sales to define and track regional KPIs, creating closed-loop reporting between marketing activities and revenue outcomes.
Plan and execute field marketing programs including events, webinars, and workshops in coordination with strategic partners and customers.
Manage end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, optimizing performance based on real-time data.
Coordinate with creative and product teams to develop region-specific assets, collateral, and messaging that address local buyer needs.
Build and maintain relationships with regional analysts, media partners, and industry influencers to amplify Redwood's thought leadership.
Monitor, report, and analyze campaign performance using attribution models to refine strategies and demonstrate marketing impact.
Champion Redwood's values and mission in all external communications, reinforcing the brand promise across every interaction.
Support the development of localized business cases and ROI stories that help customers see the transformative power of automation.
Act as the primary marketing lead for DACH, interfacing with Customer Success and Sales to ensure alignment on target accounts and priorities.
Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in Germany without requiring sponsorship for the role.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Germany for this role.
Must have the right to live and work in Germany under current immigration laws.
Must be fluent in German, both written and verbal, to ensure accurate localization and stakeholder communication.
Must have professional-level English skills to collaborate effectively with global teams and partners.
Must have at least three years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or campaign management within the enterprise software or technology sector.
Must have a proven track record of planning and executing field marketing programs, including events, webinars, and partner initiatives.
Must demonstrate strong analytical skills, using data to drive decisions and show the impact of marketing activities on pipeline and revenue.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities and ambiguous challenges.
Nice to have
Experience working with ERP, automation, or enterprise SaaS platforms in a previous role.
Familiarity with channel marketing and partnership programs.
Experience managing marketing technology tools and campaign automation platforms.
Knowledge of the DACH marketing landscape and key industry events relevant to enterprise software.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in Germany.
Travel within the DACH region and occasional international travel may be required for key events and customer visits.
