About the role
The owns the design and governance of the entire marketing measurement ecosystem, establishing the frameworks and standards that define how success is evaluated across every stage of the customer journey. This role is responsible for translating ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches, ensuring that marketing decisions are driven by evidence rather than intuition or anecdotal feedback. You will architect the data structures and key performance indicators that underpin reliable insights, creating a single source of truth that aligns stakeholders around clarity and accountability. A critical part of this position involves monitoring marketing pipeline performance and funnel conversion, analyzing patterns in behavior and channel effectiveness to surface opportunities for strategic improvement. You will synthesize complex analyses into clear, board-level narratives, shipping dashboards and accompanying documentation that clarify outcomes and empower leaders to act with confidence. This position works in partnership with BI and analytics engineering teams to align tools, definitions, and reporting workflows, enabling scalable solutions that stand the test of organizational change. You will champion the adoption of insights, ensuring that reports move beyond static files and become active inputs into real marketing choices, experimentation, and ongoing optimization. - Evaluate how efforts across channels combine to influence outcomes, using this understanding to assess the combined impact of marketing activities.
- Champion adoption by ensuring insights move from reports into real marketing choices, supporting testing, experimentation, and ongoing optimization.
- Define and uphold standards that keep data consistent, transparent, and reliable across marketing channels and over time.

- Enable the marketing organization to operate with greater autonomy by providing clear frameworks, documentation, and insight products.

- Identify areas where data, visualization, and process improvements can unlock additional value from existing platforms and workflows.

Requirements
You must bring 3-5 years of experience analyzing marketing data within a SaaS context, demonstrating a track record of handling complexity and ambiguity with rigor. This background should include a strong command of SQL, allowing you to structure queries, explore datasets independently, and validate results without constant reliance on others. You need a thorough understanding of campaign metrics, funnel conversion, and pipeline dynamics to assess performance accurately and avoid misleading interpretations. Comfort with dashboards, visualization tools, and data models is essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly with both technical collaborators and business stakeholders who may not be fluent in analytics. You must be comfortable working in a fast-moving, product-driven environment where requirements evolve and insights must be delivered with both speed and precision. A methodical approach to problem-solving is required, including documentation, version control, and attention to detail that prevents errors from propagating into critical decisions. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, balancing deep analytical work with stakeholder communication and follow-through.
