About the role
You will own and scale the global analyst relations strategy for Redwood, shaping how the world's leading automation and AI firms perceive and position our platform. You will drive the narrative for lights-out business process automation and position Redwood as the strategic partner of choice for enterprise transformation. This role demands proactive influence, executive-level preparation, and disciplined execution across a portfolio of analyst firms. You will translate complex platform capabilities into clear, differentiated messages that resonate across Gartner, EMA, Forrester, IDC, and other key research voices. Your work will directly impact how Redwood is positioned in critical market categories and automation narratives. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of analyst engagement, from relationship building to insight activation and measurable outcomes.

What you'll do
Drive the global analyst relations program for Redwood, owning strategy, engagement planning, and performance tracking across a multi-firm portfolio.
Build and sustain trusted relationships with analysts and research leaders at Gartner, EMA, Forrester, IDC, ISG, Everest Group, and other relevant firms.
Lead preparation for Magic Quadrants, Market Guides, Waves, and vendor profiles, collaborating closely with Product, Product Marketing, and executive leadership.
Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated briefing materials that articulate Redwood's value, product roadmap, and competitive strengths in automation and AI-driven orchestration.
Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and advisory sessions to ensure consistent, strategic messaging and timely responses.
Expand Redwood's footprint in automation, AI, and ERP coverage by enabling inclusion in new research categories and evaluation cycles.
Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging, ensure narrative consistency, and support go-to-market initiatives across all analyst touchpoints.
Influence how automation, orchestration, and SAP modernization stories are framed in the market through data-driven insights and positioning.
Translate analyst feedback and market signals into actionable recommendations for Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to refine roadmap and messaging.
Proactively shape category discussions by identifying emerging themes, white space opportunities, and competitive differentiators.
Prepare executives for high-stakes analyst interactions, equipping them with context, messaging, and supporting materials for maximum impact.
Support thought leadership and content initiatives that align with analyst research themes, enhancing visibility and credibility in key markets.
Align analyst engagement activities with broader corporate communications, public relations, and product launch strategies to amplify Redwood's story.
Track and report on key performance indicators such as analyst sentiment, coverage changes, report inclusion, and perceived positioning.
Provide executive-level updates on analyst engagement progress, insights, and strategic opportunities to inform leadership decisions.
Champion Redwood's automation fabric narrative, emphasizing AI-embedded orchestration and autonomous enterprise outcomes.
Ensure consistency in how Redwood is described across research firms, reinforcing trusted advisor status and long-term credibility.
Identify and pursue opportunities to co-author or contribute to analyst research that highlights Redwood's innovation and customer impact.
Champion data-backed storytelling to demonstrate how Redwood drives measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers.
Champion Redwood's brand as the leading orchestration platform for mission-critical, lights-out automation across complex environments.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Corporate Communications, or Product Marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
Direct experience managing relationships with top-tier analyst firms, with strong preference for prior Gartner experience.
Proven track record of preparing executives and briefing materials for analyst interactions and high-stakes evaluations.
Strong understanding of enterprise automation, orchestration, ERP, and AI-driven operations concepts and terminology.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear narratives.
Experience developing and executing analyst relations programs that influence perception and category positioning.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of strategic outcomes.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Located in or willing to relocate to a U.S.-based time zone to enable effective collaboration with research firms and internal stakeholders.
