What you'll do
Contract drawings, specifications, budgets, and schedules are actively managed by coordinating engineering, estimating, subcontractors, and field crews. Medium- and low-voltage electrical work and battery energy storage system (BESS) installation are executed as part of the scope.
Requirements
Candidates bring 12+ years of construction supervision experience, preferably with an electrical contractor and ideally including BESS and commercial solar work. OSHA 30-hour certification is required for site safety compliance. Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification is preferred to strengthen supervision capability. A valid driver's license is required for travel and site access. A Bachelor's degree is a plus to support technical and coordination responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for stakeholder engagement and documentation. Advanced knowledge of construction site equipment operation and maintenance requirements is necessary for resource planning. Candidates read, analyze, and interpret standards along with project-specific plans and specifications to guide execution. Experience with 3D model reviews, Navisworks, and clash reviews is preferred to improve coordination accuracy. Willingness to travel or relocate to the project site is preferred during the project duration, with current projects in Illinois, Michigan, and Texas and additional locations planned.
