We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic member to join our People team, responsible for overseeing the complete recruitment process for our engineering, machine learning, and infrastructure divisions. What you'll do

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and finalizing offers for technical roles within the organization.
• Partner closely with executives and engineering leaders to establish hiring objectives and pinpoint ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and enhance interview methodologies and hiring workflows to align with the company's growth trajectory.
• Implement proactive sourcing techniques to engage with passive candidates through thorough research and networking efforts.
• Monitor hiring metrics and funnel analytics to ensure process efficiency and keep leadership informed of progress.
• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for every candidate throughout their recruitment journey.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
• Collaborate with the People team to refine employer branding and enhance the overall candidate experience.
• Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a broad range of candidates.
• Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance and employment laws relevant to recruitment.
• Foster relationships with universities and technical schools to build a pipeline of emerging talent.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, demonstrating a strong understanding of the hiring process.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically focused on recruiting for technical positions, including software engineering, machine learning, and infrastructure roles.
• Proven ability to influence technical stakeholders and navigate a high-growth, fast-paced environment effectively.
• A track record of managing the recruitment process from initial outreach through to final offer negotiations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.

• Experience in a hyper-growth or early-stage startup setting, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities they present.
• In-depth knowledge of the technical talent landscape and insights into how top engineers assess new job opportunities.
• Previous success in sourcing and securing candidates for competitive roles in AI, machine learning, or infrastructure sectors.
• Familiarity with diversity recruiting strategies and practices to enhance candidate outreach.
• Experience in employer branding initiatives that attract top talent.
