Founding Product Manager
Job description
About the role
As a , you will own the end-to-end product strategy for the entire document intelligence platform. Reducto operates as the agentic document platform for AI teams that require enterprise performance at scale, combining custom in-house and leading frontier models to transform unstructured documents into structured, usable data. You will define the vision and roadmap for core APIs, no-code workflows, and document processing systems with direct impact on enterprise performance at scale. There are no layers between you and the work, giving you direct influence over product decisions. You are expected to act like a founder and think in long-term strategic terms, directly shaping how Reducto evolves in response to customer and market feedback.
Location: USA
Engagement: Full-time
What you'll do
You will identify the correct problems to solve across three critical domains: customer workflows, model capabilities and limitations, and the competitive landscape. You will synthesize these areas to define where the company should invest, while maintaining constant communication with developers and technical buyers to gather context and integrate feedback into every product decision. Close collaboration with the research team is essential to understand model improvements and convert them into product value. You will design launch plans that ensure what is built is actually used and de-risk decisions early in the development cycle.
You will amplify the effectiveness of the entire organization by enabling teams to work with greater speed and clarity, removing obstacles before they turn into blockers. This is a horizontal product used across financial services, healthcare, legal, and insurance, requiring you to develop real understanding across these verticals and customer personas while also going deep enough within each to build effective solutions. You will ship products end-to-end by specifying the product, building it with engineering, testing it with customers, launching it, measuring its performance, and iterating. You own the metrics that determine feature success, including both feature-level signals and top-line business outcomes such as revenue, pricing, packaging, PLG motions, and enterprise expansion.
You will continuously reinvent how you work to keep pace with AI-native development, where engineering velocity compresses development cycles from quarters into weeks. Your responsibility is to identify a path that allows the rest of the organization to match the pace of engineering, ensuring end-to-end extraordinary velocity across functions, not just in the codebase. You will write a PRD only when it adds clarity and skip it when it does not, focusing on shipping impactful solutions rather than creating documentation for its own sake. You will set and maintain a high quality bar for every user and system surface to reflect the sophistication of the underlying technology, personally QA features to understand issues deeply and push for the necessary polish before public release.
Requirements
You have 5+ years of experience as a PM, engineer, or founder, with a track record of taking a product from concept to a paying customer base. You are comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity and can structure your own work without a strict playbook. You possess a strong technical background that allows you to read API specifications and discuss model architectures with researchers. You use AI tools daily and understand the ecosystem well enough to evaluate technical tradeoffs as a contributor rather than an observer. You are metrics-driven and define success quantitatively, considering how features contribute to business outcomes. You thrive in ambiguous situations and can independently structure work when priorities shift frequently.
You have experience working with enterprise buyers in regulated industries and designing strategies for such environments. You understand the importance of designing PLG motion strategies that support adoption and expansion across teams. Familiarity with tools such as Reducto, Harvey, Vanta, and Scale is expected, given their relevance to the document intelligence and AI ecosystem.
Nice to have experience working with enterprise buyers in regulated industries and designing PLG motion strategies.
