Business Development Representative
Job description
About the role
You are an ambitious hunter who owns the entire outbound motion for our GTM engine at the earliest stage of the sales funnel. You will design and drive high-volume, high-velocity campaigns that feed our pipeline with qualified technical buyers. This role demands that you translate complex document AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with mission-critical use cases. You will act as the primary voice of the customer, capturing feedback and requirements to inform product messaging and positioning. The position offers a clear runway to evolve into an Account Executive as we scale our enterprise revenue motion. You will be measured by your ability to execute repeatable playbooks while simultaneously inventing new channels to discover hidden pockets of demand. Success in this role means you own the narrative of Reducto from the first touchpoint to the closed opportunity.
