Requirements
You must bring a minimum of three years of proven experience managing a sales team to ensure consistent execution of sales strategies. You must also possess four years of background in direct sales to understand the complexities of enterprise selling. A deep understanding of subscription-based sales models and strategic software licensing is essential for navigating complex deal structures. You must be comfortable using analytical tools to measure key performance indicators and drive your team to consistently exceed performance targets. Strong organizational abilities paired with a resilient, problem-solving mindset are mandatory for success in this demanding environment. You must be available for remote work and willing to travel for business at least 30% of the time to engage with key stakeholders. A four-year university degree is a prerequisite for this role and demonstrates a commitment to professional development. You must have a proven track record of building and leading sales teams in a technology environment to ensure high performance.
