2027 Launch Program: Associate Product Manager, AI
Job description
About the role
You will own scoped problems and workstreams end to end, identifying opportunities to increase the impact of your product through deep problem understanding, product strategy, and technology. You will shape the features and experiences by translating recommendations into thoughtful solutions and forming a point of view on how the solution should work and the experience it should create. You will build and ship solutions hands-on with data, code, and agents to drive delivery, contributing to customer-facing experiences, internal operational workflows, data products, or reusable platform capabilities. You will operate and continuously improve what you build by running experiments aimed at improving KPIs and analyzing evaluations, feedback, and results into clear recommendations. You will contribute to the Growth Operating System by using shared context, agents, and workflows to accelerate your work while identifying opportunities to make those tools more reusable and effective for others. You will collaborate with cross-functional teammates to build and improve products that drive measurable outcomes, and you will build the judgment to make strong product and business decisions in ambiguous environments.
