About the role
You will operate as an owner across the full lifecycle of client digital experiences, from initial strategy formation through system design, deployment, and ongoing operational execution. In this capacity, you will translate high-level strategic objectives into scalable, production-grade workflows while pressure-testing hypotheses with data to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will architect and deploy agentic workflows powered by large language models and advanced reasoning systems to enable broader business transformation for Fortune 500 clients. This position requires deep collaboration with cross-functional groups, including agentic workforce, data science and AI, compliance, creative, and engineering teams. You will think at the enterprise level while maintaining the ability to dive deeply into systems, data, and day-to-day execution details. Travel to partner locations is an expected component of this role to support relationship management and the achievement of business objectives. You will shape the narrative and own key communication channels, translating complex system performance and data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

- Translate strategic objectives into scalable, production-grade workflows and system designs, including multi-step, event-driven processes that adapt to changing requirements.
- Architect and deploy agentic workflows that combine LLM-powered reasoning, such as OpenAI and Anthropic models, with retrieval systems and structured and unstructured data sources.
- Execute tool integration via APIs to enable critical functions like CRM updates, automated content generation, and enhanced customer interactions across digital touchpoints.
- Identify and deploy AI-native workflows across workstreams, embedding them into joint operations while ensuring compliance with industry and client-specific regulations.
- Define and manage quantifiable key performance indicators that tie directly to P&L outcomes, building robust business cases for new initiatives and strategic investments.
- Establish and iterate on evaluation and monitoring frameworks for AI systems, focusing on accuracy, task success rates, latency, cost optimization, reliability, fallback logic, and observability.
- Leverage data using SQL, BI tools, and Python to understand user behavior and system performance, uncovering insights that inform both strategy and system improvements.
- Operate with agility, continuously pivoting and refining systems and strategies as new data, model capabilities, and business needs emerge over time.
- Shape narratives and own key communication channels with senior leaders, ensuring complex technical concepts are translated into actionable business strategies.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders by deeply understanding their goals and clearly communicating system designs, roadmaps, and performance outcomes.
- Support RV GT's broader business development efforts by identifying new opportunities to expand and deepen client engagements through AI-driven transformation initiatives.
- Enable cross-functional alignment between agentic workforce, data science, compliance, creative, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive execution of digital strategies.
- Drive the implementation of AI-powered decisioning layers, such as routing, scoring, and prioritization, to optimize digital workflows and enhance user experiences.
- Establish repeatable methodologies for deploying and scaling AI workflows, ensuring that solutions are production-ready, secure, and maintainable across diverse environments.
Requirements
- Possess 7+ years of experience in digital operations, product, analytics, or technical strategy roles, demonstrating a strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes in complex environments.
- Show a proven ability to design and deploy AI-powered or automated workflows in production settings, including systems that make decisions rather than only triggering actions.
- Demonstrate experience integrating multiple data sources and APIs to build cohesive digital solutions that operate seamlessly across platforms.
- Exhibit expertise in executing multi-step processes that span tools, systems, and teams while maintaining strict adherence to compliance standards.
- Have a history of working with financial services experience, which is explicitly preferred for this role due to regulatory and operational complexity.
- Display strong ownership of end-to-end system lifecycles, from initial discovery and requirements gathering through deployment, monitoring, and iterative optimization.
- Apply advanced problem-solving skills to evaluate system performance, diagnose issues, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulating intricate concepts in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent focus with collaborative teamwork across distributed locations in Charlotte and New York.
- Maintain strict compliance with client and industry regulations, ensuring that all AI and automation initiatives meet legal and policy requirements.
Practical notes
- Hybrid schedule with work location based in South Charlotte, NC, or New York, NY, requiring presence Tuesday through Thursday.
- Optional remote work days are available on Mondays and Fridays.
- Travel to partner locations is required to support relationship management and the achievement of business objectives.
