Overview and location
This position operates under a hybrid schedule, requiring presence at our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters from Monday through Thursday and full remote work on Fridays. You will own full funnel partner success and strategic direction for multiple accounts, guiding each engagement from initial concept through launch. The role emphasizes clear communication, ownership, and consistent follow through.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 annually.
Day to day responsibilities
You will orchestrate partner meetings to deepen relationships and set strategic agendas for each account. Designing and pitching integration and program strategies will be central, moving beyond execution into agenda setting for every partnership. Guiding launches from signed agreement through embed, testing, and live operation will apply to every integration you manage. Autonomously managing your own book of business includes revenue oversight, budget planning, and billing accuracy. You will coordinate with partners and internal teams on test plans to optimize performance and uncover new partnership opportunities. Representing partner interests internally while clearly communicating their goals to cross functional groups is a core duty. Expanding the book of business by identifying, pitching, and signing new partners onto our integrations and solutions will be an ongoing focus. You will analyze data trends deeply to drive program optimization and strengthen long term partnerships. Mentoring teammates and developing talent, with potential to lead a small team focused on career growth, is expected. Championing thought leadership that pushes partnerships forward and influences key decisions will define your impact.
What we look for
A Bachelor's degree and three to five years of account management or related industry experience are required. You must demonstrate success building partner relationships, crafting solution strategies, and driving measurable results. Staying current on marketplace trends for clients and the digital industry is essential for remaining relevant. You will quickly assess situations and craft mutually beneficial value propositions for partners. Strategic thinking must align with execution to ensure completion through each integration stage. Managing personal time and workload to meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced setting is required. Developing people through mentorship opportunities that earn followership across all levels is a key expectation. Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, are necessary. Strong project management, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are preferred. A bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity, combined with high standards, describe your working style.
Additional qualifications and tools
Experience with marketplace models, digital home services, and managing complex partner programs is a strong advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Allconnect, and Red Ventures systems is expected.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree as a foundational academic credential for the position.
