Head of Product
Job description
About the role
Rad AI seeks a Head of Product to own the end-to-end strategy and execution for Rad AI Continuity, transforming a proven clinical solution into a scalable, standalone business. The hire will operate as the General Manager and CEO-like leader of Continuity, responsible for setting the vision, defining the operating model, and driving both product and business outcomes. This role demands a leader who thrives at the intersection of clinical insight, engineering execution, and commercial focus. You will build a focused, cross-functional startup within Rad AI that delivers measurable patient and financial impact for health systems. You will translate real-world health system needs into product decisions while protecting focus and making hard tradeoffs to ensure successful deployments. Ultimately, you will ensure Continuity becomes the standard way health systems close the loop on radiology findings at scale. If this role is not filled, Rad AI risks leaving significant clinical and business opportunity unrealized.
