About the role
You will own the Western United States strategy and execution for Rad AI, driving revenue growth within health systems and radiology groups across a diverse and evolving market. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Vice Presidents who carry individual quotas while actively participating in key deals yourself. You will act as the General Manager of your region, owning the full P&L and forecasting accuracy to ensure team performance meets or exceeds targets. You will build and maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers, navigating complex healthcare ecosystems to secure strategic partnerships. You will serve as Rad AI's eyes and ears in the field, translating real-world feedback into actionable insights for the entire company. You will foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and excellence within your team to advance our mission of transforming healthcare with AI. What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Vice Presidents carrying individual quotas while actively managing their territories and pipelines.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and drive accountability to exceed revenue goals across your assigned region.
- Work deals directly alongside your Regional VPs to help them win, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support throughout the sales cycle.
- Review, manage, and support RVP deal strategy and execution at every stage, from initial account strategy to final contract close and expansion.
- Support Regional VPs in developing and growing relationships with C-level decision-makers within health systems and radiology groups to maximize long-term value.
- Implement and refine sales processes and operating rhythms to ensure forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and efficient deal execution across all accounts.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to align on strategic growth initiatives and communicate critical field insights.
- Anticipate operational and resource constraints before they bind, recruiting ahead of plan and continuously assessing team structure and territory coverage.
- Continuously evaluate team performance, identify gaps, and reallocate resources to ensure optimal coverage and quota attainment as the business scales.

- Leverage deep product expertise to articulate the value of Rad AI's generative AI solutions to enterprise stakeholders and clinical leaders.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and expansion opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics, pipeline trends, and competitive dynamics to inform data-driven decisions and strategic pivots.
- Represent Rad AI at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to elevate brand presence and generate new opportunities.
- Drive the identification and prioritization of new vertical and geographic opportunities within the Western U.S. market.
Requirements
- 10+ years in healthcare technology sales with a proven track record of success in complex enterprise environments.
- 3+ years leading enterprise sales teams of quota-carrying representatives with a consistent history of exceeding team-level targets.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex healthcare sales cycles into hospitals, health systems, or large physician groups across multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage performance through rigorous metrics, pipeline analysis, and forecast accuracy practices.
- Ability to travel 50% or more of the time to engage with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders across the Western U.S.
