What you'll do
Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines for Sales, Account Management, and Marketing positions.
Translate hiring needs into actionable plans by creating interview packets, coordinating schedules, and defining interview panels in collaboration with hiring managers.
Map passive candidate networks using internet research, cold outreach, and advanced searches across public databases and internal records.
