What You'll Do

You will develop and maintain front-end user interfaces using Angular 15 and above, translating design into high-performance, responsive applications. You will design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using NodeJS or Python in Linux and UNIX environments. You will author and consume REST APIs, applying established patterns and design concepts using NodeJS, Python, and related technologies. You will write complex SQL queries, optimize database performance, design schemas, implement indexing strategies, and work with stored procedures to ensure data integrity. You will integrate AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Cursor to support coding, debugging, documentation, and automation tasks. You will participate in end-to-end product delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, UX, QA, Account Management, and Backend Platform. You will implement professional software engineering best practices across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, documentation, build processes, automated testing, and operations. You will contribute to unit testing for both UI and backend codebases, ensuring test coverage and maintaining quality standards. You will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the stack, applying analytical skills to identify root causes and deliver stable solutions. You will advocate for continuous improvement by finding ways to increase team throughput through innovation and motivation.

Requirements

You must bring 3 to 5 years of professional development experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on UI development using Angular 15 or later. You must have 3 or more years of experience with design patterns, modular JavaScript, ES6, front-end debugging techniques, and front-end build processes. You must possess 6 or more months of backend API development experience, with exposure to NodeJS or other popular languages such as Python. You must have hands-on experience in advanced JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS and NodeJS. You must demonstrate strong knowledge of data structures and object-oriented programming concepts. You must be proficient in SQL and relational databases, including complex queries, performance optimization, schema design, indexing, and stored procedures. You must have knowledge of REST API development, patterns, and design concepts using NodeJS, Python, and similar technologies. You must have experience with UI and backend codebase unit testing and consider it a mandatory part of your contribution. You must show problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies. You must have experience working and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, UX, QA, Account Management, and Backend Platform in multiple US cities and Pune, India. You must be knowledgeable about performance, scalability, and security considerations for web applications. You must have a passion for developing and maintaining high-quality code and enabling contributions from engineers across the team. You must be able to leverage AI-enabled development tools for coding, debugging, documentation, and automation as part of your daily workflow.
