Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in photonic design, preferably with a focus on design automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar, with a strong understanding of software development practices.
• Experience with photonic simulation tools and software, such as Lumerical, COMSOL, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with integrated photonic circuit design and fabrication processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
