What you'll do

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in photonic design, preferably with a focus on design automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar, with a strong understanding of software development practices.
- Experience with photonic simulation tools and software, such as Lumerical, COMSOL, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with integrated photonic circuit design and fabrication processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
