What you'll do

Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in design engineering, preferably within the semiconductor or quantum computing sectors.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Cadence, Altium, or similar software, with a strong portfolio demonstrating past projects.
- Solid understanding of electronic design principles, including circuit design, PCB layout, and hardware integration.
- Experience in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
