What you'll do

• Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data operations and report findings to senior management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data operations or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, practices, and technologies.
• Proven track record of optimizing data workflows and improving data quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
