Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in data operations or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, practices, and technologies.
- Proven track record of optimizing data workflows and improving data quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
